I’ve been rather circumspect when it has come to engaging in my sports; not wanting to be a mobile vector of disease and also not wanting to end up in A&E after having had an accident that could have been avoided.
So, it was great yesterday to head out with good buddy Nikki and get some routes in. We avoided the heat and the risks by clipping bolts at Woodcroft Quarry. Blimey, I’m weak. Five routes at 6a and 6a+ and I was done – more training methinks.
Also it is worth pointing out that I am starting to take bookings again at the clinic. Due to increased workload elsewhere, I am only doing Friday afternoons for the moment but am still available at Bristol Chiropractic in Henleaze on Mondays and Thursdays and Willowbrook Clinic in Bradley Stoke on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
