Self test of the day

Many of the thingswe do as physios can be good tools for monitoring your own rehab progress. A good physio will tell you why they are doing a specific thing and, if it is relevant how you can monitor this yourself.

The single leg dip is a nice tool – here Natali is demonstrating it well; no wobbly loaded leg, no droppinng forward at the waist and being forced back due to tight hamstrings.
