It doesn’t really matter how fast you are, what time you do, the distance you go. Indeed, there is evidence that light running returns no significant health benefits (as opposed to high intensity sessions). So if you’re gonna run, have fun.

And to be honest, this particular “leg” (geddit?) caused us a few issues after 8 miles but she pushed through and we did 12 miles in the end.
