Physio gets bad back

It happens.

To me, about once every five years. This time it was probably due to 3 days climbing followed by a 24km run. The excessive rotation had caused my QL and obliques to tighten up and then rendered me immobile.

I missed my clinic yesterday as a result so apologies.

I’ll be back there on Thursday from 2pm for FREE 10 minute assessments or get in touch to book a full session.

Here’s me running yesterday. From Keynsham to Bradley Stoke along the Green Man. It was lush.
